Financial Policy
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. However, should you opt to proceed with a recommended treatment plan, as a courtesy, we will submit the paid fees to your medical health plan (because we use medical codes not dental). Any reimbursement from your health plan will be mailed directly to you.
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, cash or checks. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may also be applied to our services.
We understand that many of us are working within a budget, so we also offer a financing plan through a third party, Care Credit. If approved, you can even use your Care Credit account to assist with payment at other participating offices ex. dentists, chiropractors, veterinarian services. Care Credit allows you to pay for the services as a deferred interest plan. This means if your payment is made on time and in full to Care Credit, any interest owed may ultimately be forgiven.
